Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed below.

Physical Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.)
All our physical products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, which helps reduce waste and ensures every item is crafted just for you.
We offer refunds or replacements for physical products in the following cases:
- Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect.
- Incorrect size or design: If you receive a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong size, incorrect print).
- Item missing: If you never receive your item due to a shipping error.
What to do if there’s an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@anigramsproductions.com.
- Provide your order number and describe the issue (e.g., the defect, incorrect size, or design).
- If requesting a replacement, provide the details for the replacement (size, design, etc.).
Please note:
- We do not require you to return the defective or incorrect product. Once we verify the issue, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Digital Products (Games, Game Assets, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
However, if you encounter any of the following issues, we’re here to help:
- The files are corrupted or inaccessible.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded the files yet.
What to do if there’s an issue:
- Contact us at support@anigramsproductions.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including providing functional files or a suitable resolution.
